Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The facilities and location fit our travel purpose. Even though the staff were very friendly and helpful, it was disappointing that communication was almost impossible in English or German; luckily Google Translate on your phone saved the day! 😃

We enjoyed a tasty evening with a delicious dinner, a generous breakfast, and flavorful snacks throughout the day. The friendly staff maintained a very tidy and clean environment. Unfortunately, there were a few letdowns during our stay: no entertainment or evening program, and the women's sauna was broken even though guests pay for it. We found that quite disappointing and not in line with the hotel’s promises.

Room and dinner. In some places it was clear that it wasn’t well maintained.

The food was disappointing and the welcome service left a lot to be desired, giving the stay a 6.0/10.
