The staff is friendly, the location is good, and breakfast is great; it’s just a 10‑15 minute walk to the old town. The Wi‑Fi in my room is unreliable—only the sofa area has a decent signal, while the bed and desk areas don’t. The staff is helpful, but the signal is weak in parts of the room.

A great hotel in the centre of Lviv with secure underground parking. The biggest asset of the hotel is its staff — very friendly, helpful, and responsive, with excellent and fast communication

The location is really convenient, rooms are large and comfortable, everything you need is available. The only downside was that the shower water in the morning was sometimes warm or cool.
