The most pleasant thing was the cleanliness. Arriving after a tiring day and finding a cozy, spotless room and bathroom really made a difference. Thanks.

There was no bidet or substitute facilities.

I didn’t like anything. The room was really old and everything was ruined. The cleaning was a non‑issue. Never again, it was horrible.

The location is great compared to the hospital center. All services are close by—bars, restaurants, tobacco shops, etc. Next to the property is a very large parking lot for your car. The building is welcoming and well‑maintained. The check‑in system is very convenient through electronic channels. I’m very satisfied with my choice.

The area near the hospital is convenient and the cleaning is good. At check‑in we struggled to reach the owner for half an hour, then he called apologizing, but with my elderly father present his apology felt only partially sincere—lesson learned.
