A very pretty B&B on the edge of the old town, well‑situated near sights, tastefully furnished, the best breakfast on our trip with scrambled eggs and bacon and a generous buffet, very friendly owner Federica who gave us many tips, even beforehand about parking options. We were completely satisfied.

The staff were extremely kind. I stopped during my trip to visit the Etruscan site, but unfortunately it was closed… that inconvenience is outside the property, which was very welcoming.

A super charming medieval church turned bed and breakfast. Beautiful and unique. Federica, the host, is an absolute delight. She was not only super accommodating but also picked us up at the train station—well after her usual check‑in hours. Nothing else to note.

Federica was super kind and sometimes brings guests from the station. The room was very nice with a small hallway leading to a large bathroom. Parking is right next to a big parking lot outside the wall, just a few minutes walk. Breakfast was good. Nothing else.
