Pousada Chiveve

“Hospedagem encantadora, com ambiente aconchegante, atendimento acolhedor e localização perfeita para aproveitar o Cumbuc”

My stay at Pousada Chavive in Cumbuco was simply delightful. From arrival, I was welcomed with great friendliness in a calm, cozy, well‑maintained setting. The lodging offered restful moments and comfort, making the chance to enjoy Cumbuco’s natural beauty, beaches, and charming weather even more special. It’s the perfect place for those looking to relax and enjoy pleasant days in a charming destination. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would definitely return.

“Não volto e infelizmente não indico.”

The nature was beautiful, but the air was freezing. 1- No electric shower. 2- The floor in the room was broken and dirty. 3- No outlet, and the only outlet was the one for the TV and the mini‑fridge. 4- The pool was extremely dirty and unsuitable for swimming. 5- The mini‑fridge had zero options, was broken, and had a makeshift seal. 6- We were not told in advance that breakfast was paid; we were caught off guard. 7- The owner, Marco Antônio, would charge us for the remaining amount whenever he saw us, making us uncomfortable. 8- For the price, I do not recommend it; the value for money is terrible.

The room was decent, though the floor was old and the concrete bed felt a bit rough. The mini‑fridge was pretty ancient and didn’t keep anything cold. I wasn’t told that breakfast cost R$25 a day, yet I ended up paying R$100 because of that surprise.

“conforto! recomendo sim, o Marco é show! opção mt boa por um preço que achei barato”

Loved the room—though the balconies are a bit cramped, it’s fine. The fridge, towels, beds, and sheets were all good. Breakfast was amazing: cuscuz, eggs, fruit, sausages, soups, tapioca—everything hit the spot! The only gripe was a dusty fan, but I just wiped it down and it was fine.

Breakfast was excellent, but the pool was closed during my stay.
