The property is tucked away a bit, so finding it can be a hassle without clear directions. Once inside, the pool was spotless and really nice, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. Better signage or a more detailed description at booking would have saved me some wandering.

The pool was a nice perk and the room felt spacious, plus there was a tiny bar that was convenient. Unfortunately the meals left a lot to be desired – both breakfast and dinner were bland and overpriced. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during my stay.

The pool was fine, but the room turned out to be infested with bed bugs, which was a nightmare. The hotel did the right thing and issued a full refund, so at least the financial side was handled. Still, I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was in Capurganá for work and the hotel met all my basic needs – clean room, decent pool, good breakfast and friendly staff. The location is a bit of a walk from the town centre and the beach (about 15 minutes), but the quiet surroundings made up for it. No real complaints.
