I didn’t get breakfast there, the sink outlet pipe is clogged, the switch boards don’t work, I have to keep asking for the AC and the geyser isn’t functioning; it’s unsafe for a woman and the staff seem indifferent to problems.

We had a really terrible experience at Hotel Taj Royal. The bathroom was a disaster - it was filthy and there was no exhaust fan, which made it smell like a public restroom. Our kids even got sick from the stench. The bedsheets and pillows looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. Needless to say, we wouldn't recommend this place until they sort out their cleanliness issues.

The hotel's proximity to the Taj Mahal was a major draw for me, but unfortunately, the noise from the nearby streets and construction sites made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, though, and the room was spotlessly clean. The location was still worth it for me, but I'd recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel itself was nice, but it felt like it was being let down by the owner. The place had a lot of potential, but it just wasn't being maintained properly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but there were little things like broken lights and worn-out furniture that made it feel a bit neglected. It was a shame, because with a bit more TLC, this place could be really special.

We had a great time staying at this hotel with our family. The staff were super supportive and went out of their way to help us, which was really appreciated. Plus, the location was perfect - we were just a short walk from the Taj. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious enough for our needs. Overall, we were really happy with our stay.
