The facilities and service level didn’t match the brand, the room was uncomfortable, staff seemed ignorant—maybe due to a language barrier or their usual practice—and a minor issue in my room wasn’t fixed even after I reported it three times during my stay.

Excellent breakfast, professional staff, and the massage and hammam were just superb. Huge thanks to Nazokat, a very friendly woman and great massage therapist. The breakfasts were magnificent and fresh. It’s a shame we weren’t allowed enough time to enjoy your hospitality. Thank you.

Shahristan turned my visit to Bukhara into more than just a hotel stay; it became part of the city’s charm. The location in the historic center is ideal, the building itself is beautiful, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with excellent breakfasts. Everything feels designed for relaxing after long walks around Bukhara. But the real highlight is the staff—surprisingly attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. One evening my glasses broke, and the front‑desk staff simply said, “We’ll fix them for you,” and they did. For someone far from home, that kind of care means a lot. Thanks to that atmosphere, I decided to stay another day in Bukhara and was thrilled I did. Huge thanks to the entire Shahristan team for their hospitality, care, and true Eastern warmth. Bukhara has become a love for me forever, and Shahristan will always be part of those beautiful memories. I’ll gladly return and recommend this hotel to friends. ❤️
