We stayed 5 days and asked to extend for another week, yet no one ever cleaned the room—even after repeated requests. The shower water was unusable for bathing, and the room smelled of cigarettes.

The front entrance is the only way in, which feels safe for solo travelers; the location is great and the price is cheap, making it suitable for short overnight stays after long travel, but the facilities are awful: the shower is dirty, the bed is uncomfortable, and the pillows are flat.
