Cheating, don’t go… This site is fake… I’ve lost my money.
I couldn’t hang my dress anywhere, there was no place to keep it, no wash basin, and no hot water – all the same issues I mentioned earlier.
I havent checked in at the property i have booked i have paid full amount through phone pe but when i have reached the hotel with my wife at midnight 2:30 the reception told me that they haven’t received any money from the site i have waited for 1 hour to clear the issue and even spoke with the customer service they said they will refund the amount and initiated cancellation but now they were saying the cancellation was not completed from the property side so they are not able to refund me that was the most worst experience that happend for me in the entire journey in kerela

The hotel has rebranded as Grand Apple and now refuses to accommodate international guests, making it hard to find because of the name change.
