The place is peaceful with plenty of animals around, though sometimes they’re a bit heavy. Nothing else, everything was fine.
“Shocking”
The location was good. The water was hot. Parking was good. The mosquitoes were terrible as the nets all needed replacing over the windows as they were ripped. The bed was so uncomfortable I could not sleep. The sheet on the bed was too small. The fridge needed cleaning. The pool was cloudy. We were surrounded by 3 dogs and 4 cats trying to get onto the breakfast table to take the very meagre portion of toast. There was a scorpion on my towel in the bathroom and a cat devouring a huge rat just outside our cabin. The toilet door was see through. Shocking. Worst Cortijo we have ever stayed in

It’s a charming place, a haven of peace. Carmen was always attentive, offering homemade jam at breakfast—delicious orange, strawberry, and fig. The service was very good. We’ll come back again. The flies were a little heavy, but that’s expected… we were in the countryside.
