Everything was great, especially the kindness and empathy of Chiara at reception, and the cleanliness stood out. The only issue was that hot water took a while to come on, which I already mentioned to Chiara for improvement.

The hotel is very well located, has an elevator for luggage, the room was very clean and comfortable. The highlight was the staff member Chiara, who was extremely friendly and assisted us throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
