The staff were helpful and friendly, and they carried themselves professionally, yet the elevator was out of order, forcing us to climb heavy stairs all day and night and driving up the cost for two nights; there was no recliner in the room, the beds were hard, and the pillows were awful.

We stayed in a suite rather than a standard room, which was nice, but the elevators were broken and we only learned about that on the day we arrived instead of when we booked; the laundry service was useful, but the lack of breakfast was a let‑down for the price we paid, and we ended up on the second floor with no working lifts.

The location was excellent, but the TVs were a disappointment.

Elevator was out of service which was not good since we were on the 4th floor and my daughter had a leg injury which made it difficult with all the stairs. Also, a storm knocked out their wiFi so we didn't have wifi all weekend and I had some important documents I had to esign that I was unable to do

The staff were incredibly friendly and let us check in early; the highlight was a barbecue grill right in front of the building – a real treat for us Argentines. Everything else was flawless, no complaints at all.
