It was close to the train station, but when I called for new garbage bags I found holes in both bags and the concierge said he couldn’t help until later. I waited until 11:30 with no response, then called back and he was off the clock and ignored my calls. I complained about noise, but it seemed like a big deal to tell the room to quiet down, while there was commotion with two guests’ boyfriend and girlfriend in front of the lobby and the police were called. People were paying $350–$400 for two days and I expected basic courtesy from a hotel that competes with luxury apartments in New Rochelle, but this place was a waste of time and money.
