Bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo y las instalaciones son de lo mejor. No me gustó el hecho de que no tiene lobby y no creo que lo hagan de nuevo, pues dice que está en remodelación, pero realmente creo que lo quieren eliminar

The best location in the area. The rooms were clean and spacious, which was perfect for our family.

“Would NOT Recommend! Would not stay.”

We chose this place because there were few options for a one‑night stay. The location was very good, and the lady at check‑in was nice. The condition of the hotel is very poor. The room was supposedly renovated but it was sub‑standard. The odor upon entering the room was terrible, moldy. The bedding was acceptable but smelled heavily of bleach. The condition of the door, the floors, the offset toilet seat, the shower head encrusted with lime, the fallen leaves on the patio, all made for a poor experience. The worst was the overall very bad smell in the room. And the doors are old and dirty. We woke up very early and were very happy to leave. Wouldn’t stay here ever again. Since the rate was non‑refundable we had to stay the night. We travel a lot and sorry to say this is the most pitiful hotel.

“Best Accommodation in Old Town, Fl.!!”

The spot was spot-on and super handy for us. They’re renovating now, but it’s clear they’ll add a lot of upgrades. The couple running the place are lovely and very accommodating, even giving me hugs from “Santa” when I checked out—makes sense after you’re there. The only downsides were the lack of lighting in the room and a shower that didn’t work properly.

The view of the River from the rear of the property was lovely. No Place in the room to sit other than on the bed. No breakfast options. Pricey with no amenities other than a view
