The Deluxe Double Room has a garden view and features a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a shower and is private. This room sleeps 2 guests and includes an electric kettle and a clothes rack.

Everything was brilliant, nothing negative.

The place was clean, tidy, and the staff friendly, but the quiz was a bit off.

The location is great, with a lovely little walk to the lake at the bottom of the lane and plenty of well‑lit parking; the rooms are nicely sized, and staff—especially Jane—are very nice and helpful, but the mattress in room 5 was very uncomfortable and breakfast doesn’t start until 9 am.
We ate as a family of 12 in the evening, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff delivered excellent service; our ground‑floor room was a little noisy, whereas the family staying upstairs didn’t have that issue, so it was likely just the room’s location.
Overall, the place needs improvement in all areas.
