The customer service was poor, communication was bad, and they don't even bother to explain why and when they cancel your booking. It's such a pathetic, highly unprofessional venue and service; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I believe they should take down their listing from their website.

I managed to get into the room, but it felt more like a brothel with red lights everywhere and no cleanliness at all. The manager kept waking me up twice because he thought we were jet‑legged, even though it was pointless, and breakfast wasn’t included—he offered it and then added it to the bill.
