The location was superb and the staff were great. The bathroom was old, but our friends received a new one. It seems they are renovating.

The rooms were lightly worn, otherwise everything was good.

The hotel sits right in the center of Riquewihr, the breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable, the lift was personal and the staff were friendly and pleasant. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, though a fan was available.
