The hosts communicated excellently and were very welcoming; the location was great, just a short walk from the beach.

The caravan was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and in a great spot for the parkdean facilities and nearby parks, just a 10‑minute walk to the beach. The owners were very helpful and attentive, answering questions before our arrival. Entertainment passes had to be purchased separately at £28.50 each, which was an extra cost we chose not to buy. The caravan itself was lovely – nothing we disliked 😀

The caravan was clean, both inside and out, and it was within walking distance of the beach. Nothing negative.

The place was really well maintained and perfectly located for the on‑site facilities and the beach. The owners were extremely helpful throughout. A nice touch was having tea and coffee available, which we appreciated after a long drive. We enjoyed our break. Nothing negative.
