The place was in a great spot and we could walk to the main sights; the staff were very helpful with key directions, and the apartment had everything we needed for an overnight stay. However, after booking for 2 adults and 2 children in the two‑bedroom apartment, the confirmation said the booking was only for 2 adults and that children were not allowed because it was an over‑18 complex, and that canceling would mean no refund. I lost sleep that night and called Tiarri Terrigal the next morning, where they were fantastic, confirmed that children are allowed, and promised all beds would be ready for my family—what a relief.
