On the one hand, the hotel's location was convenient, and the morning receptionist was friendly and welcoming. However, my stay was also marred by a number of issues, including excessive noise, which made it difficult to sleep on my first night. I was forced to request a room change, and upon inspection, I found that the hotel's cleaning standards were lacking, with the bedspread being dirty and stained.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a jumbled mess of contradictions. While the beds were supposedly "delicious" (I'm not sure what that means), the rest of my experience was overwhelmingly comfortable. I'm not sure what to make of this hotel, but it's clear that it's not for me.

My stay had its positives, such as the convenient location close to restaurants and shopping, and the morning staff, particularly Lily, were very helpful and friendly. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, although it would have been great to have some creamer available. However, the night check-in process was challenging due to the staff member's limited English, and the room was gloomy and dark with a small window only in the bathroom.

The only redeeming quality of my stay was the hotel's location. However, the access and overall experience were disappointing, with a lack of cleanliness in the air conditioning and a room that seemed neglected with poor maintenance. To top it off, my room wasn't ready at check-in time, forcing me to find alternative accommodations.
