Parking was discreet, the room was spacious, and the staff at the restaurant and reception were friendly. The solid wood furnishings added warmth, and the room felt cozy. However, the old, stale smell and the attempt to mask it with perfume were off-putting. The atmosphere felt suffocating, and the bathtub with a yellow, unattractive shower was disappointing.

Everything was clean, the scent was pleasant, the food plentiful, and the wellness area was great!😊 The first day in the wellness area and in the room was cold, and they wouldn’t turn on the heating, so we were freezing. I literally slept in a sweater and socks, couldn’t get a blanket during the day, and the hard bed hurt our backs!!!😔

The wellness area was spacious and offered a great variety of facilities, especially the saltwater pool. The main issue was the lack of staff; we often had to hunt for someone just to buy a bottle of mineral water or order a coffee. I was also surprised that the staff, including the receptionist, spoke little or no English.

It was a pleasant and relaxing experience, the staff were friendly, the cleanliness and play and relaxation areas were good for all ages, and the food was varied.
