“Expensive.”

I liked the chocolate chip cookies, the comfy bed, the fireplace, the clean room, quiet hallways, and the hot tub. They charged me 629 on Sept 15, which included a 100 security deposit. I called on Sept 18 and they said it would be adjusted in 3‑5 business days. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never seen that dip before. The TV didn’t work and the bottom of the pool looked very dirty; it needs draining, cleaning, and repainting. My daughter has a photo. Sorry, it was a very expensive one‑night stay.

The room was spacious with a good bed, yet the kitchenette lacked any cooking utensils; the staff were helpful, parking was free, breakfast offered plenty of options, and the coffee cups in the room were refilled daily. However, the shower had a too-soft spray, and despite everything else being fine, we didn’t feel we were staying in a hotel that justified paying €350 per night.

Kids adored the pool, but the room facilities left something to be desired.

The rooms were very noisy and the air conditioning was loud.

“Canmore was a nice town. Excellent location for our touring.”

Staff were friendly, the pool, breakfast, and fitness centre were enjoyable, but the pillows were too large.
