The place is in a good spot, but it clearly needs some maintenance work.

Everything was great—location, budget‑friendly, and overall a perfect stay with nothing to criticize.

A comfortable hotel in a peaceful, nice setting—no complaints.

The staff were very helpful and respectful, but the hotel has no elevator and the room is hard to reach.

The front desk was there 24 hours, greeting us with “good morning” and “welcome back” each time, which felt nice; the price was good for a trip to the OSHO Meditation Resort, reachable by a 5‑minute GO taxi or tuk‑tuk. Room 302 was a mess: the bathroom’s toilet and lid weren’t cleaned, so I wiped it myself with disinfectant wipes; the drain still had hair and dust; the window frame had a layer of white dust that I avoided touching; I also wiped the desk and closet with wipes, which left black marks; the desk had a glass and tray, and the previous guest had left juice stains; the toilet paper was wet and stained brown, so I threw it away; finally the air‑conditioner leaked water, soaking the curtain, so I used a bath towel to dry it; there was no hair dryer, no bath towel, toothbrush, or pajamas, so I had to bring my own; mosquitoes were plentiful; I felt that a Japanese guest would find it hard to stay unless they were a backpacker.
