All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and most spoke English! The kitchen was outstanding; I ordered room service three times, everything was beautifully presented, warm, and delicious—bravo! The large glass front was cleaned, and the balcony door could be adjusted. Breakfast was average but good.

The quality of the facilities was excellent. It’s convenient for commuting but far from the center of Gebze.

They gave us a room with a view of the bus station, but I couldn’t sleep because of the car noise until morning. The sound insulation was very bad. Breakfast ended early; I just made it at the last minute. The breakfast was nice.

I stayed here for business and it was very close to my destination. It was a bit removed from everything else, but that didn't matter for my work; see my other reviews for the next place I stayed. Istanbul is amazing!

The room was spacious, but the sound insulation was very poor, and the highway noise was clearly audible.
