Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The property itself was passable with spacious rooms, and I didn’t comment on the location since we were just passing through. The furnishings felt cold and flat, the bath linens were plain gray, and the manager only communicated via text for access details and couldn’t accommodate extra pillows when we requested them; the breakfast was sparse and poorly prepared.

Guests Vittorio and Lidia were very friendly, gave clear information, and let us leave our luggage to explore the city with ease; the breakfast was fine and the complimentary departure gift was much appreciated. The room was a bit odd but functional, and the bed felt a little soft but acceptable.
