Soreda Hotel

The gym was the only thing that was really good. The cleaning lady, instead of wiping the floor and changing towels, kept asking for sweets in a very persistent way. The fridge didn’t freeze; it just kept leaking water. In the evenings the hotel was noisy because of the entertainment, and closing the windows didn’t help. The noise lasted until 1–2 am every day, so I couldn’t sleep. The building is right next to a construction site on one side and a demolition site on the other.

The room was awful, and then they switched us to another one that we didn’t enjoy at all; I’m very disappointed.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The desserts could have had more fruit; they were always the same.

The pool with the sun loungers was great. The neighborhood was noisy but not too annoying.

The staff were exceptionally kind. It’s amazing they can still smile at the end of the year. The room was spacious and the double bed made for a great sleep. The air‑conditioning worked flawlessly 👌 There was enough hot water in the shower. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and it was good. The pool was available to us almost daily – well maintained and the pool guard was great ❤️‑thanks to her and everyone else. The furnishings in the rooms were a bit worn, but that didn’t bother us. There were problems with the television connections, but we managed to sort that out 👍
