The location and leisure facilities were good, but an incident occurred: we left a small bag on the reception sofa, and when I returned two hours later it was gone. I told the receptionists and they said they hadn’t found anything in the lost and found. We asked them to check the cameras to see if someone had taken it. Later, we called reception to ask if they had located it, and they said they would check, but then later returned to say they had found it. When they returned the bag, it was stained, which was odd. Additionally, the elevator was broken all the time and no towel changes were provided.

The location is fine, but if you’re traveling with an elderly person there’s a steep climb to reach the hotel. The parking price listed on the website was 45,00, but when we arrived the daily rate was 50 reais. We experienced a delay of more than an hour to get the room released (after 16:00). Because it’s a private apartment linked to the Wish Serrano hotel, it wasn’t clear who to report parking or room release issues to. The hotel staff, especially at reception, were unprepared, inattentive, rude, and inefficient. Despite the cost, housekeeping and towel changes were not included (regardless of the number of days), nor was trash removal. The toilet paper replacement, even after the host responded quickly, still took hours. The bathroom cleaning was poor and the Wi‑Fi signal was extremely weak.

The location, cleanliness, and staff commitment were good, but the apartment I stayed in was a bit old and needed updating, especially the bathroom. On one day a strong wind caused a corridor door to slam loudly; I had to lift it and put a wedge in it, otherwise I couldn’t sleep.

The hotel’s structure and location were fine, but when we arrived there was a huge spider hiding behind a wooden panel in the room.
