I had a cat, no problem with the animal, but I hate cats and have a strong allergy; the room was tiny, the sheets smelled bad, the curtain was dirty, the AC was never cleaned and had a bad odor; the host asked for payment in advance because she knew people would cancel on arrival; I stayed only because it was close to the airport and it was just one night. I only slept there, spent the day outside, and advise future guests not to pay in advance.

Everything from the staff to the room condition was spot on. The only hiccup? The kitchen shuts down at 10 pm, which was a bit annoying.

Quiet place, a great bakery about 500 m away that serves breakfast, plenty of restaurants nearby, close to the beach. I stayed just one night.
