The owner cancelled without explanation, saying he had to leave, so we had to find another place that night and return tomorrow. At 21:00 on Pentecost Sunday, everything was fully booked. We had to locate a room outside Rome. The experience was dishonest, overbooked, and the host was untrustworthy.

The location is central and close to Trastavere, just a 10‑minute walk from where the airport buses depart. Check‑in hours are convenient. The toilet flush doesn’t work, and although we paid, a tax fee was requested in 27282 language behind the entrance gate.

The place is well‑located. The air conditioning is old and not very efficient, and the shower box is inadequate.

The highlight was the location. The bathroom was broken, the door didn’t even close properly, and the floor got soaked while you showered.
