The room was large. The door didn’t open with the code that I had received by email. Mold was in the bathroom and shower! The floor strip in room 15 was cracked / there was water damage at the window.

Almost nothing good. At midnight at the hotel the door wouldn’t open because the instructions on how to open it were wrong. The emergency service sent a technician who demanded 300 € for opening it. I argued. He photographed my incorrect opening instructions. In room 18 the guest from room ? slept; his key for room 19 also worked. He made a mistake due to insufficient room identification. Several emails to the hotel asking for a refund were unanswered.

The location was good. The silence was nice. The front door was broken. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was dangerous, high and had no grab bar. There was dust. The ashtrays were full. The coffee machine was broken. I had booked breakfast but none was provided. The tea rack was empty. Only a small window could be opened.

The black mould at the edge of the shower tray could really be removed easily.
