I stayed one day. The hotel is new, has a restaurant on the first floor, and offers a discount for guests. My room was on the third floor. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was convenient. I recommend it!

Clean! Standard breakfast, you won’t go hungry. We arrived at 5 pm as we had warned, yet there was no free clean room available, so we waited an hour from the road, tired, and the promised parking spot was missing; we had to find paid parking nearby. They didn’t speak Russian, I’m Armenian, I don’t know Georgian, so I had to use broken English… Then a surprise: from check‑in the room had a roar from a kitchen vent or shared vent, horrible. When we asked, they said they didn’t know (I doubt it) and promised to fix it, but nobody came. At midnight they turned it off, but the restaurant was still active until 12 am, not 11 am. In short, this isn’t a 4‑star hotel in the outskirts of Tbilisi, it’s just a hostel for a night.

I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the Wi‑Fi was fast which mattered for my work, the bus stop was very close, and overall the atmosphere was welcoming, making my stay 100% more enjoyable. Everything was great during my stay.

The hotel is brand new and I liked it a lot; everything I needed was in the room—water, towels, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, slippers, TV, air conditioner, coffee, and tea. The reception girls were always helpful; I asked many questions and they answered everything. Thanks to everyone for the great service!

Everything was absolutely top-notch — the cleanliness, comfort, service, and atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Sophie, Bella, Teo, and Mariam, you are the best! The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is also very convenient
