The location was good, with a balcony view right over the church and the mountains. The staff were friendly and the restaurant served tasty food. However, the place wasn’t clean: the bedside table had a glass stain, the bathroom sink was untouched, the shower glass had old water stains, the floor had hair and dirt stains, and my messages to the hotel were ignored; when they finally reached out they ignored my earlier note.

The place is amazing, quiet, and clean; it’s definitely worth a second visit. The relaxation area is superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

A pretty good hotel in Stepantsminda with great Mount Kazbek views. The area was quiet. Breakfast was more than okay. We enjoyed a small indoor pool. Cleanliness could have been a bit better; the hotel looks new but needs some minor repairs here and there.

I liked the place, the deck was nice and the beds were comfy, but the room’s temperature control was a hassle because there’s no AC and the balcony door won’t tilt.
