“Super séjour passé à Pescara”

Ideal spot: in the center, with many shops and restaurants, the train station and public transport nearby, plus the beach. Air‑conditioned, clean, and quiet room. Cozy and well‑organized common area. We only met the host at the end of our stay, but that didn’t bother us; we communicated via WhatsApp. Good value for money. The breakfast was a bit too sweet for our taste, but the host we met at the end was attentive and told us not to hesitate to mention it next time. If it’s available next time, that’s where we’ll return!

“Simple, sweet and central”

The B&B hit all the marks I was after: clean, comfy, and a great place to sleep on a summer holiday. Breakfast was nice and very clean. It’s in a very central spot, right next to the bus station, the main center of Pescara, and the beach. If you’ll be out all day and just need a place to crash at night, it’s a solid choice. The room is simple, which isn’t a bad thing if you’re aware of that. You can hear other guests if they’re loud, but it never really bothered me. There might have been a bit more bottled water in the kitchen during the summer. It was probably pricier than I’d like for just sleeping and breakfast, but that reflects August’s general rates more than the place itself. No complaints, just observations.

“Fantàstic”

The room was decent, with a spacious and comfortable bed, and the bathroom was also very good—everything was spotless. The location is great, right in the city center and close to the train station and the beach, and the price‑quality ratio is very fair. The staff were very friendly, letting me check in early and also allowing me to leave my luggage at the hotel until the afternoon on my departure day. I didn’t encounter any issues, and if I return to Pescara I’ll try this place again.

“Convenient, clean, comfortable and enjoyable. I will always have happy memories of this stay.”

Everything was excellent. Communication was smooth, and the place was easy to locate. It’s a clean, pleasant accommodation in a nice spot, just a short, enjoyable walk from Pescara Centrale along the main pedestrianized high street. After checking in, I strolled along the promenade past some market stalls selling local produce. Check‑in was straightforward with prompt, helpful communication. The room and breakfast area were very clean and welcoming, and the simple continental breakfast was spot‑on with great coffee (and tea options). I’d definitely stay here again.
