“Buena estancia pero hay muchísimas avispas”
The place looks great and the staff are very friendly, but there are a ton of wasps everywhere—every time you bring a drink or snack, a swarm of wasps shows up, forcing you to abandon your food or move to another spot.
“Podría haber sido mejor”
The facilities have potential, but they’re lacking in cleanliness and service. When we arrived the room was too hot and it took a long time to reach a comfortable temperature, and the outside area was messy and dirty.
The location is good, but the room is poorly lit—so dark that you have to open the curtains all the way to get light, which means losing privacy.

I liked the location, the room, the pool and jacuzzi, and the service was excellent with quick responses to messages. In the morning the lights went out during a hot spell, the air‑conditioning took a while to cool the room, and they eventually fixed the lights after some delay.

The bed was super comfy, but if you plan to shower you’ll need to do a quick express shower because the hot water runs out fast.
