“Básica y agradable”

The accommodation was comfortable, the room clean and spacious, and the basic breakfast was tasty. However, the price jumps dramatically during the period when students start university.

“Ouch, That hurts!”

Everything was top‑class, though I wish breakfast had stayed open a bit longer for those leaving at 11 am. It would be nice if PENN STATE families got a discount; the price was steep for an overnight stay, and we paid because we had no other option—otherwise we wouldn’t have a room on move‑in day at the college. We loved everything else, but the cost was a real concern, especially since we plan to return often and want to keep staying here for the price and quality.

As Holiday Inns go, it is as nice of a property as I have stayed in (I usually stay in higher end hotels). This was our 4th stay. Hotel and room very nice and clean. Staff great -- I had a double-booking problem with that the manager resolved the issue on the spot and refunded my money for the 2d room to avoid the process. I prefer to stay in town when I visit kids (this visit was 3rd son attending PSU over last 10 years son), but if we can't do that, this hotel is at the top of the list. I did not care for the coffee. Everything else great

“Better than expected.”

The room was clean, the spot was good, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast matched the property’s level. The bed felt a bit too soft.
