Because we stayed at the MLN outside of peak season, we were almost the only guests, yet the kitchen was still kept available and food was cooked. The hotel manager and his team cared for us so lovingly that it touched our hearts. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. It was our first stay in Nepal and we definitely want to repeat the trip. We had booked several more nights at other Mountain Lodges of Nepal, and the managers already notified us at the next lodge and asked about room and dinner preferences. Due to illness we had to reschedule and cancel some bookings; again we were fully helped, and the MLN booking management refunded 100 % of all cancelled reservations—even though the cancellation deadlines with Booking had already passed. The humanity we experienced up there in the mountains was unexpected. Namaste and thank you. We will never forget your help. Thanks to all the kind and friendly people in Nepal.
