The reception team here deserves every compliment; Mr. Hamid and Mr. Subhan delivered top‑tier service from the moment we arrived, handling everything with efficiency and kindness, and they even upgraded our room unexpectedly, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Hats off to Mr. Hamid and Mr. Subhan for five‑star hospitality!

Excellent! The place is very clean, the location is great, and the staff were outstanding. Tun and Hamid were excellent with my accommodation, and the hotel is close to the mall and everything is super accessible. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s location is very nice and the rooms were clean. However, there were no disposable slippers in a hotel like this. In the breakfast included with my stay, a staff member told me that I could pay for breakfast, which was frustrating. They used transparent plastic glasses instead of glass for fruit juice, which is terrible. Frankly, it did not meet my expectations and I didn’t feel the money I paid was justified.
