The location was perfect for the sports events we came to see, and the front‑desk staff were really helpful. However, the pillows were uncomfortable, the bed a little hard, the towels rough and scratchy, the exercise room needed more weights and weight‑lifting machines, and the pool furniture was metal and gave off heat that burned the skin with the slightest touch. There was no spa.

The location and the facilities were solid, but the room itself wasn’t very clean and the bed sheets had a few bugs on them.

The room was nice and the Wi‑Fi was good enough to stream shows, but parking cost $30 a day, the food was pricey yet poor in quality, and a bottle of bubble‑bath soap was $30—this really put me off Hyatt in general.
