The social aspect was disappointing.

Nothing positive. The staff were rude, bugs were in the beds and they had to move us, and they seemed annoyed with us about it. Everything was a problem.

The parking service was excellent.

The hotel’s location was great. The outside of the corridors, elevators, and parking were dirty.
