The biggest problem with this hotel is the lack of hot and cold water. It's a basic amenity that's essential for any hotel, and they clearly can't provide it. The hotel's shortcomings are pretty glaring, and it's not worth the hassle.

We had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, we arrived late and were helped promptly, and the night porter was friendly and efficient when we checked out at 5 am. However, the staff spoke very little English, which caused some confusion when we tried to confirm our booking. They even had to make a phone call to sort it out, which was a bit of a hassle. The room itself was small and basic, with no window and no ventilation in the bathroom.

The hotel owner's greed is off the charts. As soon as we stepped into the room, they were already demanding the full payment, even though we hadn't agreed to rent it yet. They wanted 200,000 dong, which is completely unreasonable. The hotel itself is a dump, with a strong smell, tiny rooms, and terrible service. Don't even think about staying here, especially since they'll try to rip you off the moment you step foot in the room.
