The breakfast buffet offers everything imaginable, and both the indoor and outdoor pools let you swim even on bad weather days; the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. However, the room’s furnishings need an update: the blinds were crooked, the room safe required a new battery, and the fly screen on the terrace was torn.

The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were very good. The indoor pool was large and the outdoor pool in the well‑maintained garden was excellent. Parking was spacious and convenient. Coffee and tea were available around the clock in the common area. The views were beautiful and quiet, making it an ideal base for exploring Bregenzer Wald. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property still needs some cosmetic work on its aesthetics.

Breakfast was plentiful, beautifully plated, and the staff were attentive and friendly—this applied to both the restaurant and the hotel. Receptionist Frau S. Rh. was very courteous and immediately addressed our complaint about the nighttime mosquito problem, taking action within her power. The location of the spring garden is great! Unfortunately, our room lacked insect screens; it seems previous guests also suffered from mosquitoes, as the walls were covered in crushed insects. We had to keep the windows closed and were still chased by bugs that night. We reported it and received a fly swatter and insect plug, but the next night we were still on the hunt. I recommend installing insect screens.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, offering a beautiful view all around. The highlight is the outdoor pool with whirlpool features and the large indoor pool, plus a generous sauna area. The pools are available 24/7. We’re already back for a second stay and really enjoyed it. The rooms are quite plain, and the price‑performance ratio is a bit tight.
