The room was spacious and the shower had great water pressure; breakfast was also good. The air conditioner was on the fritz, but we chose not to move rooms because we had an east‑facing room.

“Dirty room”

I loved the location—it was close to restaurants and not too far from my venue, so overall it was good. What I didn't like at all was how dirty the bedding was, with stains on the furniture, the room didn't smell clean, the lower part of the bed skirt had stains, the mattress protector was torn, and housekeepers need to do better. Those rooms need to be inspected better by a supervisor; in all the Comfort Suites we’ve stayed at, this location was by far the worst. Even the walls were dirty, looking like someone spilled syrup on them, and the headboards showed handprints. Whoever checks those rooms needs to be retrained. I’m so disappointed; I spent almost $400 to stay in a nasty room, which was not worth it, especially in this time that we are struggling to find good help. At least take pride in your work—people pay money to stay in your hotel!

The staff were friendly, but I had to change rooms because the door wouldn't open, and in the new room the air conditioner stopped working. The bathroom light flickered, the floors had pet hair, and the elevators were slow and creaked as if they needed maintenance.

“The hotel felt luxurious for an affordable price!”

The staff was friendly and helpful! The pool was nice, and it was great overall. The coffee 😭💀 it was pretty bitter. Other than that it was a 10/10
