The hotel was fairly close to the place I needed. The room was quite dirty, there was no staff present, it seemed like no one was taking care of the hotel, and at first I thought it was closed.

The place was dirty, there was cobwebs everywhere, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom smelled like sewage and mold, and there was no soundproofing at all.

The location and price are decent if you need to stay near the border, but there’s no air‑conditioning and when the rain came on the open window it was almost impossible to sleep.

The staff were friendly and the room had everything you need – soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper, a blanket in the wardrobe, a fridge, a kettle and plenty of sockets – but there was no mosquito net on the windows, the rooms were on the top floor, and sometimes mosquitoes still managed to get in.

The staff, security, and the manager on the phone were all pleasant, and the room had the basics, including a fridge; we booked a room with two separate beds. There was disposable soap and shower gel, but many parts of the room needed repair: the shower head and the shower cabin/door were in bad shape, the light bulbs in the ceiling were missing, the toilet seats were black or damaged, and I found old gum on the bed. These little details gave a sense of untidiness and that the place isn’t entirely clean.
