Unfortunately nothing. The entry and bathroom floor is extremely slippery. No one is there to help you; you have to contact someone on ZAP to get in. This didn’t happen only to me – the guest who arrived after me had the same issue because they didn’t know how to enter, so they kept knocking on the door like I did. For a while I had to go back to the reservation to see who I was talking to to get in. Unpleasant.

The location was great, the reception was helpful, and the convenience was solid. The bathroom was outside the room, which was a bit inconvenient, but we understood the situation.

The hotel is right in the heart of Congonhas and has plenty of facilities. Everything was convenient and comfortable.
