“If you must stop - this is an interesting, cute option”
It was hidden and cute with lots of ducks waddling around; the bar/restaurant area is well done and lights up in the evening, and the room was spacious. Water, kettle and packet coffee were provided. The garden area was well kept, with bungalows and rooms in separate areas so you could walk around or just bring your car right to the door. The food menu was small but tasty, and there was at least a small restaurant in this remote area; breakfast was nice too. I understand it’s an older room, but it was quite dilapidated and not very clean. When we arrived the bathroom looked like someone had just showered and then it was leaking. Rust marks were there, and for two people they expected us to share what seemed like a thin camping blanket that was more for a single bed. I had to cover myself with towels and wear a hoodie while my partner kept the tiny blanket. And the noise! Next‑door local guests were belligerent, singing karaoke, talking loudly (like they were on our heads) with music on until 4/5 am!!! It was insane. There needs to be stricter noise protocol. We didn’t sleep a wink. Not really value for money.
