The hotel was very well located, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could have had more options.
Everything was spotless, hot water for showers, and the breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable and the location was convenient.

They charged me before I even checked in, and the front desk kept bringing up payment problems at both check‑in and check‑out, showing clear internal miscommunication that doesn’t fit the hotel’s image. Worse, we had arranged a packed breakfast the day before for an early departure; the desk assured us it was ready, but the staff on duty the next morning said there was none. We left hungry without any preparation. I hope the hotel fixes its internal coordination so guests don’t have to suffer basic errors.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, and there’s a travel agency right inside the building. The room didn’t have a heater or a blow dryer, but it stayed warm enough that it wasn’t too cold. I didn’t ask about a blow dryer, so I’m not sure if it’s available, but other guests in my group asked for a heater and received one.
