Unfortunately, my arrival at the hotel was marred by some issues with the property's functionality. The doors weren't locking properly, and the corridors were quite dusty. Additionally, there were dirty plates on the back balcony, which added to the unpleasant atmosphere. However, it was reassuring to see that the administration was proactive in addressing these problems, and the technician was able to fix the door issue promptly.

The food at this hotel was truly exceptional, and it was a highlight of my stay. However, I was slightly disappointed by the staff's behavior, as they seemed to be more focused on their own interests than on providing good service. Despite this, I appreciated their helpfulness when I needed it.
