Breakfast was very good, but the cleanliness of the service area needs improvement. The landscaping of the surrounding places also needs to be improved.

We were a group of nine retired teachers, all ladies, and the management felt like an old family friend, taking great care of us. The food was tasty and classy, the environment cozy and comfortable, and the rooms were large, neat, and tidy. With this budget we’re very happy and plan to visit Kalpetta again and stay here for more days. If you’re coming with kids, there’s a park with many activities.

The value for money is good, and the hotel sits on the NH Bye pass Kalpeta, easy to access. The complimentary breakfast is very good.

The place is very cool with trees, birds, and flowers around. The host, especially Mam, is an amazing cook and made a very homely breakfast and dinner according to our choice. The resort is located down from the main road; if you don’t drive yourself—as we didn’t—you need to climb up, which is challenging, especially for older people like my mother or those with physical challenges like me. It would help to have proper steps on one side to climb.
