The décor was stunning, but that was the only good part. The host was unresponsive and hostile, never fixing the Wi‑Fi that stayed down for the whole stay, and when I mentioned it she flat‑out said, “what do you want me to do.” The kitchen was filthy, and the room was cluttered with trash from previous guests and never cleaned during my stay. When I left, I learned my number had been given to a staff member who sent me a threatening message about why I reported the problems to the owner. The roadside traffic is loud, but that’s not the host’s fault.
